One Angry Cameraman
Some friends at the tv network just sent me this photo. I am sure it has made many in the office smile. I know that the second it happened, everyone inside the TV truck was laughing at me. About a month ago, I was shooting a Syracuse vs. Providence College basketball game. PC upset Syracuse and to make a long story short, the entire arena stormed the floor and I was stuck in the middle. All I had was my Ikegami HL-59 camera, connected to a triax to fight my way through. The look on my face in the above picture is pure anger because a drunk college student slammed his knee into my crotch. My intercom headset is somewhere under my feet, this was fun for the first 30 seconds. So you really want to be a sports cameraman? 8 comments to One Angry Cameraman |
