I use mp4 on my vid blogs for this site and they look great in standard definition. Keep an eye on what Vimeo does in the next few weeks as they upgrade their hd video service. I use mp4 on my vid blogs for this site and they look great in standard definition.

Keep an eye on what Vimeo does in the next few weeks as they upgrade their hd video service.
