I have a RED ONE for the weekend and I have been shooting non-stop since I got it. The sensor is heating up as I rip through 120 frames per second at 2k resolution. I tired to shoot 4.5k, but the RED hard drive wont support it! I am selling a house to buy a camera. Well, a second house I built with my friends in New Hampshire. We shot the show in HD at [...] I have been waiting for a firmware update to be released from Sony to greatly improve the device pictured above for almost two years! In fact, I did not buy it until just now. With the great improvements, I now feel that this hunk of metal is worth three grand. VIDEO BLOG – NEW GEAR REVIEW: Click to Watch! Sony HDR-SR11 AVCHD 60GB Hard Drive Camcorder VIDEO BLOG: I recently stumbled upon some footage on Vimeo shot with an inexpensive digital SLR-like camera called the Casio EX-F1. This footage was shot in high speed, at rates of 300, 600 and even 1200 frames per second! The camera shoots great still images and HD video. The cost of the [...] |
